    The lead time is 5-7 working days, or 2-3 working days if the products are in stock. In the case of non-standard designs, the time frame is set individually.

  • What is the minimum quantity of labels that I can order?

    The minimum quantity of labels you can order is up to 500-1000 pieces for self-adhesive materials available on a continuous basis. In the case of non-standard designs, we arrange this individually.

  • How can I check the quality of your products?

    There is an option of preparing samples for testing.

  • Where can I find the price list?

    We prepare an individual quote for each enquiry.

  • What certifications do your products have?

    We work using UL, CSA and RoHS certified materials.

  • Which printer models are your labels compatible with?

    We offer solutions for all models of label printers available on the market.

  • What are the available label formats?

    We offer a range of several hundred formats (squares, rectangles, ellipses, circles). We are able to make almost any shape of a label. Among the most popular formats we stock are: 15×5, 20×10, 30×11, 32×20, 40×12, 50×30, 60×40, 100×50, and 105×148.

  • Do I need to provide my own graphic design?

    There are two options: you send us your design or we prepare it for you.

  • What information do I need to choose the right labels?

  • I need to order labels and ribbon, but I don’t know which type. Can I get any help when making a choice?

    Of course, we will match the consumables specifically to your printer. It is essential that you know the printer model.
