Glue-free tags
Wherever marking with adhesive labels is not possible for various reasons, glueless tags are an excellent alternative. The wide availability of different materials for their production helps find the ideal solution.
Due to their materials, these types of tags can also be highly resistant to changing atmospheric conditions, extreme temperatures, acids, oils, grease, fats and abrasions that could occur, for example, during transport.
Tags are most often made from materials such as:
- polyester (PET),
- vinyl (PVC),
- polyethylene (PE),
- polypropylene (PP),
- polyamide (PI),
- Valeron,
- Polyart,
- cardboard,
- aluminium.
Due to their durability, modern synthetic tags are ideal for use in a variety of industries – from horticulture (where they are used to mark plants, shrubs and trees), through the metallurgy and shipbuilding industries (marking steel products), the automotive, construction and electronics industries (labelling wire harnesses), to the furniture and woodworking industries (markings on pallets and wooden sections).
The thickness of the tags is selected according to their purpose. They can be printed on one or both sides and come in various sizes and shapes.
As far as cardboard tags are concerned, the clothing industry is the sector that makes the most use of their benefits. These tags carry the name of a given garment, information on its maintenance, as well as the price and barcode specific to a given sales system. Tags made of cardboard are less durable, but durability is not a priority when it comes to clothing. In this situation the price is much more important, which is lower than in the case of tags made of synthetic materials. This is why cardboard tags are so popular in all kinds of clothing chains that manufacture smaller and larger quantities of clothes.

The materials we offer are supplied in rolls adapted to the customer’s printer, and the printing process itself is carried out using resin or wax-resin ribbons.
